5 Foods to avoid during periods

A period is defined as release of blood from uterus out through vagina. It states that she is getting close to end of puberty.

Nowadays many women faces problem of menstruational cramps and sometimes due to high pain and cramps it can lead to death. As it is very necessary to eat healthy foods during these days,

HERE ARE SOME TYPES OF FOOD WHICH WOMEN MUST AVOID DURING PERIODS:-

1. FATTY FOODS:- 

As we talked about fat it creates immense situation in our mind. A very few amount of fat is good for our body, but at the time of periods one must try to avoid eating more fatty foods as it gets cramps and digestive problems. During periods ,our skin is already sensitive ,so we can also face skin related problems due to excess eating of fatty foods. So try to avoid eating fatty foods.

2. DAIRY FOODS:-

At normal days one must eat dairy products it is good for health ,but during periods we should avoid milk based products like cheese,etc . These products can cause period cramps at a very extent level ,try to avoid foods like ice cream, milk, butter because it increases inflammation and intensify your period pain.

3. FRIED FOODS:-

It is very crystal and clear that packaged and fried foods are not good for health. During periods it is strictly restricted because this type of foods are rich in Salt and sodium ,so due to excess salt it creates bloating at the time of periods .so  try to avoid fried foods.

4. HIGH SUGAR FOODS:-

In normal days, it is fine to eat sugar foods but during periods excess amount of eating these kinds of foods can tend to feel moody ,depressed and feels anxiety .One  must tends to drink fresh juice and  sugarcane juice and drink alot of water.

5. Alcohol:-

 

Cramps happens due to the low flow of blood during periods. There are two types of wine:- Red wine and white wine. Its preferrable to drink red wine  rather than white wine. While drinking alcohol it can worsen your body cramps. Alcohol can also cause weight gain at it stops your body from burning fat.

So try to avoid above foods during periods and drink plenty of water ,as it is a permanent solution for smoothening and glowing skin, reduces pain of menstruational cramps.
