YOGA POSES

Memory loss sometimes affects your confidence levels. The embarrassment of forgetting important notes, events and dates can be depressing. Here are some yoga poses which helps you to overcome memory power.

1.BAKASANA :

BAKASANA

Procedure: Sit in a position on the floor. Keep arm’s distance between both the knees and keep your feet on the ground. Take your palm between your knees and put them on ground keeping your knees and elbows at some level. Now move forward and keep your head straight and look at front side.

2. PADMASANA:

PADMASANA

Procedure: Sit on the floor with legs stretched out. Take your right knee and place it to your left thigh and repeat same with other leg,then take your hand on knees in kind of mudra state.we have to keep our head straight and breathes.

BENEFITS: PADMASANA reduces our tension whether it can be physically or mentally.

3.VRIKSHASANA:

VRIKSHASANA

Procedure: Stand in a surface .We have to hold our body straight and then take your hands up and then bring them down.Fold your one leg and put it on inner side of other leg. Look forward and straight and then close your eyes and enjoy yoga.

BENEFITS:VRIKSHASANAfreshens our whole mind .It helps to relax our mind.

4. SUKHASANA:

SUKHASANA

PROCEDURE:Sit on the floor. Spread your both legs towards you and then bend your one leg and place it on inner side of another leg and vice versa. Then take your hand and place it on your knees ,then close your eyes and relax.

BENEFITS:This is all time best asana to concentrate on your mind and relax your soul.
