Do you know the yoga poses which helps you to lose weight?

Here, I came up with six different yoga poses that will definitely helps you to reduce fat.

As we know, sitting in home from many days gain weight. Nowadays , people are facing this problem alot.we do conversation like ‘ I need to lose weight’  but everything I tried nothing works. Later yoga proves it wrong. Due to some yoga poses we can able to lose weight by sitting home. Weight gain can be of FACE,ARMS and THIGHS….

1.FOR THE FACIAL FAT

A. JALANDHARA BANDHA:-

JALANDHARA BANDHA

This asana helps you to reduce fat and stress.you just have to sit down in the surface and put your head down,so that your facial muscles are getting stretched. It stimulates proper blood circulation.This asana also helps you to improve focus. It can be done by every age group people.

B. SIMHASANA:-

SIMHASANA

This asana helps you to reduce mental stress and muscles. You have to sit or lay down and put your tongue out. If you have problem to sit on surface then you can sit on the chair too. It’s a very good asana for eyes ,face and tongue and it also improves digestion process.

2.FOR THE ARMS FAT

A. CHATURANGA DANDASANA:-

This pose is done by lying on the ground and supporting your body with the help of your hands. It helps you to reduce your arm muscles and benefits your mind and soul. It develops strength.

B. ADHO MUKHA SVANASANA:-

ADHO MUKHA SVASANA

This asana helps you to reduce your weight. You need to hold your upper body through your hand, through this you will able to reduce arm muscles and biceps.  This asana helps you  to release stress and enhances your health.It improves digestion power.

3.FOR THE THIGHS FAT:-

A. MALASANA:-

This asana can helps you to  reduce your thigh weight and maintain your body .This asana can be done by sitting all day  which can reduce fat in the lower part of your body. It stretches thigh and improves flexibility. This asana can strengthen your metabolism power. Avoid this asana if you suffer knee pain.

B. ARDHA BHEKASANA:-

ARDHA BHEKASANA

This asana is one of hardest pose but if you can can do  this on a regular basis it will give you a remarkable result.It stretches your legs and muscles. So you will feel energetic and improves your stress too. It is very useful to reduce your belly fat and through this asana you can able to reduce your weight.
