2. SALSA DANCE FORM

 

Salsa dance was introduced Cubans  in the year of 1960 and  1970 in New York. Salsa re- presents many Latin music. This dance form is mostly performed by couple. It helps you to burn your calories up to 6 to 10 every minute . It is one of the dance form which helps you to exercise your whole muscles of the body and helps you to remain fit .It also improves your blood circulation and increases flexibility of the body.

3. BREAK- DANCING

 

Breakdancing was also known as b- boying and this dance form is invented by DJ kool .Nowadays, breakdancing is not damn popular. This is not the mainstream but this dance form has given many recognition to various competitions. Breakdancing was found to be fun and very good work out. It also helps you to remain fit and healthy. It requires a very strong core  to do this dance form . Break dancing benefits physical body through muscle building .It requires a lot of energy to do this dance form.
