Nowadays,people may confused between yoga and gym. Whether we should go to gym and do exercises or we should do yoga asanas and remain fit at home. I can say that each one has its own benefits for weight loss. Due to this lockdown people should more prefer yoga than going to gym.

FACTS ABOUT GYM
A gym is something a large room containing many equipments to do exercises. We can define gym as a person ,club association, exercises,trainers .It has many rooms like weight lifting room .People prefer to go gym but do you know workouts and heavy exercises can weak your heart muscles .We cannot do gym by staying at home .After doing workouts in a gym a person feels very tired. Gym could be far from home so it is also a very time consuming. After doing gym workouts there is a physical pain and it leads to mental stimulation. Not everyone can afford a gym.
I can say that yoga and gym both can be useful for weight loss and has it’s own pros and cons but due to this lockdown you should prefer yoga by staying at home rather than go out and do gymming. Yoga has many more benefits than gym.
